The idea for a brewing business that only made alcohol-free beer was conceived by their own lifestyle changes (eg fatherhood) and born out of the frustration of there being no decent tasting low alcohol craft beer available to quench their thirst.
Founder, Rob Fink, identified a lack of choice in low/no alcohol beers. Further research revealed a gap in the market for a craft brewery dedicated solely to production of great quality, full flavoured low alcohol beer. Rob having the vision but not the technical ability to get this product to the market approached us to take on the challenge.
We worked with the Big Drop founding team and one of our expert brewers to design the process and recipes that got this global brand kick started towards success. Listings obtained at Hakkasan, Fortnum & Mason, The Ivy Group and Bar Works Pub Group. The LCBO, the world's largest buyer of beer lists the Pale Ale and Stout in its stores in Canada and Australia.
